Hair Boutique is a little gem of a salon located in Seymour, Victoria. Established in 1981, we provide a friendly, bright and relaxing environment that epitomises local community, as well as a wide variety of professional services inspired by global hairstyle trends.

Following the worldwide growth of vegan hair products, our salon only uses ethically-sourced, Australian-made solutions that are paraben, sulphate, ammonia and cruelty free. Just as our expertise in hair-cutting allows us to cater for the basic styling needs of all men, women and pint-sized fashionistas, our more specialised services include Brazilian keratin smoothing, colour corrections, Olaplex treatments and hair extensions. Ultimately, it is our creative salon culture and continual pursuit of international hair fashion that produces the most beautiful, painstakingly-created formal hairstyles. All bridal and updo hairstyles will leave you stunned and returning for more. Services for all formal occasions can also be provided on location.

Our Director

Lyndal Stokes, the owner and artistic director of Hair Boutique, began her hairdressing career in 1996 in the very same salon. In 2000, in an effort to continue her education and broaden her horizons in the fiercely competitive hair industry, Lyndal embarked on her ultimate adventure. Travelling the world working, studying and teaching in the hair and beauty industry, Lyndal developed many new skills and managed successful salons in several different countries. Her unwavering dedication to her craft eventually accumulated in an award-winning finish to her international career.

As a hair salon owner, Lyndal has a simple philosophy; "Guests should leave feeling balanced and harmonious with beautiful, healthy hair”.
